Who’s Paulee?
Paulee (or Pauley or Pauly whatever) is a blonde haired and hot tempered shipwright from the island called Water Seven. He is the kind of guy who always looks angry but who is kind with his friends. He works at the dock 1 and seems to be a good shipwright. And he is funny ! He loves money and has debts, so he tried to steal Luffy’s money. But it didn’t work because Lucci stopped him. He then fights him and we discover that he uses ropes to fight (and knives but later in the show). What’s strange about him is that he hates mini-skirts ! It’s strange for a guy not to like this kind of clothes… But he blushed and yelled at Nami because she weared a mini-skirt.
